Pan
From defrosted: Preheat your pan on medium-high heat with olive or vegetable oil. Add Future Chick'n and sauté for 5 - 6 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F. From frozen: Preheat your pan on medium-high heat for three minutes, and add olive or vegetable oil. Add Future Chick'n and sauté for 10 minutes until it reaches an internal temperature of 160°F.
Oven
Preheat your oven to 350°F. Season your Future Chick'n with your favorite spices and a dash of olive oil. Cook for 10 minutes (if defrosted) / 15 minutes (if frozen), turning half way through, until it's moist inside and golden outside.
Grill
Season your Future Chick'n with your favorite spices and a dash of oil. Make sure your grill is nice and hot, and brush some oil on the surface to prevent sticking. Cook the strips for 4 minutes (if defrosted) / 8 minutes (if frozen), turning constantly.
Air Fryer
Preheat your air fryer for 5 minutes at 350°F. Cook the Chick'n for 7 minutes (if defrosted) / 10 minutes (if frozen), turning half way.
